How Carter ranks his most hated list:

1. A person who stiffs you on a bet.

2. Someone who won't let you in his chouette

3. Someone who bitches about only winning a gammon.

4. Someone who commits a horrible crime, like, maybe, killing someone.

Now, after reading Carter's account of what happened, and from knowing Carter well for many years, I can say this without question: Carter did have a bet and this guy did stiff him. Carter has proven on many occasions that he never forgets a bet he won.
