Mike: It would be interesting to see how this position changes when you remove another checker or three from White𠏋 side of the board.

Tim: I have a better variant than that, which I will post soon.

Nack: Changing Blue's roll (from 61) to 51 is a fairer comparison of strategies. I've already done a rollout and will post it later (unless that happens to be your variant, too, and you've already done a rollout).
