Well, I generally disagree with everything Bill says (jk), but I have to agree with him here: I believe the clock was actually imposed because Akiko still had to play her Jackpot Finals match. However, I was not aware that she had to play another match and the Tournament Director never offered it as a reason for his decision.

So, yes, given that additional consideration, I agree that the TD's decision was reasonable. However, I continue to believe that he should have informed us in advance about the possible need for a clock.
