2/12 is fine; pre-Thanksgiving not so much

Clocks mandatory is the important thing. The exact controls are less important. 2/12 seems to work well.

On a completely unrelated subject, but one that also causes me to "vote with my feet", I find the week before Thanksgiving a bad time for a tournament. The last two times I've attended the November LV tournament, I've gotten sick (one cold, one stomach bug that affected most of the attending players) and had much less pleasant Thanksgiving travels as a result.
