36% of listed candidates from USA!

In Response To: 36% of listed candidates from USA! (Rick Janowski)

The Larsen-Silliman ratings I think only includes ABT events and not smaller local club events. Is that consistent with who is getting included in the ratings systems for Denmark and Japan?

Is looking at number from each country at gridgammon or perhaps number above a certain rating reasonable?
