Phil--Is bet #3 (the over/under bet) also pari-mutuel? If I have it figured out correctly, say $400 is bet on the right side while $200 is bet on the wrong side. 10% rake, so $540 in the pool. Each correct $100 bet would win $35 in this case. Correct?
