Ever ask for a 6, roll a 6, and then second-guess yourself?

Hitting may decrease white's crashing chances by a touch, but I think 24/18* is still the 6. The question is the 4. In this 3 point match with a 2 cube, the official gammon value/price is .5 . The problem is that when this works, we are probably going to flip the cube to 4 at some point. When it doesn't work out, the cube stays at 2. White gets good value for his gammon wins. We don't. My play is 18/14, minimizing gammons for both sides. If this was a 35 point match instead of a 3 point match, 13/9 would be my 4.
