In Response To: Risk tactics (ot) (Stick)

I'm with stick that you always defend with as many dice as possible. This is based on the fact that the defender wins on a tie. The math should be able to prove this.

              • The old U.K. rules are quite clear that the attacker rolls the dice first, then the defender rolls.
