If we play 21/11 and our opp fails to roll a 6 our troubles are almost over as now we have 4's and 3's to prime him and 6's and 55 to hit loose and almost no chance to crash.

This should be better than hitting loose and duping 5's and risking crashing and still needing to close the board at some point. Our opp does have a 4 pt board so it is certainly possible for him to hit us on the ace and then hop a 6 prior to crashing.
