Michelle Steinberg - A Backgammon Treasure

Most discerning backgammon players and organisers will be aware about the superb quality and volume of Michelle's role in managing and organising the streaming and transcription work on the ABT Tournaments over the last few years.
Her efforts and results at the NYMO recently completed were quite breath-taking in the sustained level of professionalism and comprehensiveness achieved, single-handedly managing ten streaming and recording streams simultaneously. This was a complete tour de force demonstrating the highest levels of technical competence, improvisation, resourcefulness and stamina. Michelle, as she often does, relinquished her own personal interests in order to manage this work to her own exacting standards, having no time to play in the tournament, sacrificing both time and money.
I think we should all be very grateful for the great gift she brings to the backgammon community, and not be too shy to show it.
There is now a great mass of transcription work to be managed and completed, which would obviously benefit from our positive support.
