In Response To: Position from World v. US (Stick)

My first impression was "screw the (defensive) barpoint, let's hit!" I have noticed in past bot analysis of my play that I've been too impatient in these expected-to-be long, drawn out games. Independently I have observed that 18-point plus deeper defensive point holding/back games fare poorly in the long run. But that assumes you keep both anchors. If the plan is to temporarily shore up the levee and look for the right time to give up one of the anchors then possibly that is the right GP.

Unfortunately I haven't detected a pattern on when and how to execute this seemingly delicate strategy. Thus my conclusion is: screw the (defensive) barpoint, let's hit!
