After this roll, we are half a roll behind, which is close enough to want to move the anchor up to the 18, both because of race and timing considerations. So 21/18(2) with two of the 3s. The Dillies will not be forced to leave any shots next roll, so we are not in a hurry to cover, and we do not need to leave any hit and cover jokers. So while for example 21/18 13/10 and 13/10(2) don't look too bad, they are also not needed.

21/18(3) 6/3 leaves nothing and slots the next point we want. We can handle small rolls (that do not go beyond the 16 point) and blocked numbers (11, 22, 44, 41) next. So that got my vote.
