Giant Deadline

The deadline is January 31st. Assuming some ballots may be sent snail mail (people do do that) we will give it a few days. If there is a crush of last minute ballots (in all forms) the db man will need to input.

Then the committee, having done some vetting during balloting, will do an overall audit. Yamin will compose his remarks. He and Carol will discuss and then communicate with a TD to see about a presentations ceremony at a tournament. Once everything is fixed Carol will release it on her web site.

If all goes smoothly, around the end of February. That would be as early as it has ever been.
