The two main candidates I see are bar/23* 11/7 and bar/21 13/11. Bar/23* 11/7 carries the risk of getting hit back and dancing for a while. However, if it works, then it works very well and so it should win more gammons. Playing safe leaves no return shots but if White rolls a 4 to anchor then she has a pretty good game.

Not sure but I would hit.
