As critics often point out, the equity differences in move choices are small. And it takes a lot of study to remember everything well enough to get them right. The value I have found is in knowing that if differences are this frequent on the second roll, differences are going to appear later in the game as well. It is worth understanding the thematic differences in score. For example, it is worth understanding why 64S-55 plays different at GG and 4a2a.
Here's a list which should have a good proportion of what's out there on the second roll.
41S-32, 64S-33, 64S-51, 64S-55, 64S-66, 54S-11, 31P-21, 62S-32, 62S-63, 62S-66, 64R-65, 43D-44, 43D-65, 64P-63, 32S-44, 32S-65, 43Z-65, 53P-51, 53P-63, 63S-32, 63S-33, 63S-55, 63S-66, 42P-62, 52S-21
