OTB, I would not see any difference between these two positions. I would play 3/off 2/1 in each one. That's a bet that I will roll two numbers that are larger than 3 before rolling my first 3.

QF, however, motivates me to look for a position where Blue's cube access might create an efficient cube. That will most often occur when Blue has a gap on his 1pt. So I will guess 4/off when the cube is centered.
