We can give a shot for a lot better flexibility that gets us timing and allows us not to lose effectively some race lead. 1/3 of the time it gets hit which loses all of the race lead and puts us against a 4 point board. If we don't do that now we may have a similar choice next turn. Continuing to play safe here is a good way to lose a won race. If we wait it out we are hoping for 65, 64, 55, 44, 33, 22. They have to move also though.

If we don't leave the shot there are many ways to play the 43. Our hope is to win the race so we don't want to crunch but a good board still has importance.
