Making the ten point seems more useful than slotting the four point. (I doubt clearing the eight point is a viable option). If we play 13/4, we're entirely stripped and may have to expose a blot, while making the ten makes it harder for the pFs to spring the spare on the seven. 11, 33, 66, 13, 16, and 36 become really poor rolls for them. and since 3s and 6s are blocked, we leave only two shakes to hit and then we have two blots to shoot at.
