STEVE SAX IS AWARDED A GRANDMASTER (CLASS 2) TITLE

I have the pleasure in announcing that Steve Sax has been awarded the title of Grandmaster (Class 2) by virtue of brilliant performances at ABT tournaments at the end of 2015, which took his overall aggregate PR below the threshold level of 3.5 (his current aggregate PR is 3.44). This is an upgrade from Steve's previous level of Grandmaster (Class 3).

Congratulations to Steve on this very notable achievement. This is a lifetime award which can never be degraded, but may be improved upon through continued improved performance.
