Backgammon tournaments: Carolina Invitational

I just added a separate event column and tried to import "12th Carolina Invitational 2015" again to see what information I ended up with.
The different events I got was:
12th Carolina Invitational Backgammon Championships
Championship
Championship Div Round 10
Championship Div Round 2
Championship Div Round 6
Championship Div Round 8
Championship Division
Championship Division Round 1
Championship Division Round 7
Championship Division Round 9
Doubles
Faster Masters
FMQ 2
FMQ1
Main
Main Event
Prine Jackpot
Queen City Cup
Queen City Cup Qualifier
USBGF Prime Jackpot
The different tournaments I got was:
12th Carolina Invitational 2015
Cariolina
Carolina
Charlotte
Charlotte NC 2015
Charlotte North Carolina
eXtreme Gammon
So a fairly wide spread of tournaments and events. When I ran into this problem earlier I opted to have a tournament override option so I could specify that all files to be imported to be tagged with a specified tournament name. So for the above I used "Carolina Invitational" and ignored the rest of the information.
But looking closer at the above data I see "Charlotte" mentioned and there is a separate tournament by that name in my database but it looks like it should be mapped to "Carolina Invitational" too. It could be that for a different year a different folder name was used for this tournament.
I also see I have a "Carolina Open" which might also be the same as "Carolina Invitational". Using the date of one of the matches (and checking chicagopoint) I see it falls on the same date as "Carolina Invitational".
This also brings up the issue of round information. I think this can be useful and have started to add it to the filename if it is known:
Sondre Rike (1.19) - Erik Måland (10.70) 19pt Norway Masters 2016-01-23 R2.xg
I prefer the using R1-2-3 etc. as that is unambiguous while the 'round of 32' isn't. Was there a 'round of 64' too? You can't tell but round 1 is always the first round (true for the most of the time until someone decides to have a round 0..).
Now I have to convince eXtreme Gammon to adopt this same filename policy! I think i have asked about this before but I don't think I got any reply so I just sent another email and crossing my fingers for an answer this time...
What would be really sweet would be to have every past tournament displayed along the lines of the challonge display: http://challonge.com/OsloMT09 and then have links to the XG files (or onto my database...) where one exist and/or a link to the video if the match was recorded. But now I am dreaming... :-)
