I'd play 17/13. Blue has a small pip count lead and an enormous crossover lead. White has a lot of wastage. For Blue to lose, he should spend some time on the bar (or roll very poorly). So get hit and stay there for a few rolls, or get hit and get more checkers picked up. The latter only happens after 17/14 17/16. 17/13 leaves more shots (17 vs 15 if I counted right), but 64 is not the best hitting number after 17/13, so it looks like the additional blots after 17/14 17/16 should make the difference.
