How would you play this 43 and why?

I would try paying now with 18/15 18/14. It doesn't look to me that Blue has that much shot vig; by the time he gets a shot he may have already crunched his board. So I would just go for the racing vig. With three blots in her board, White's hitting rolls are mostly not that dangerous.

Does any human leave such a blotty board on a regular basis? I'm always suspicious of such positions because I think the computer tends to misplay both sides of a holding game when the board is so blotty.
