Based on my experience, you'll probably get more responses if you don't post so many positions at once.

1. Buy now or buy later? I think we'll have chances to buy later when we have a stronger board. Bar/23 8/4.

2. 23/17 looks mandatory. Do we split 17/16? I think that leaves too many blots lying around. 23/17 9/8.

3. I'd consider staying on the 21pt if it didn't mean killing another checker. 23/17.

4. 18/13 is forced. Then 18/15 minimizes shots. An argument for 13/11 is that White's 6's are good racing rolls anyway, but I would still play 18/15.
