Gridgammon question - match save inconsistency

How long does it take GG to copy say an 11 pt match to your computer? A few seconds ... or a minute or more? I think I'm having problems because I exit my table too soon ... before I get the "match saved" message. When I play on Safe Harbor my matches get copied almost instantaneously.
