I'm not really sure about this one. The race is close. The opponent does not want to trade hits. Blue does not have the timing to hold both anchors. Since, he will be ahead in the pip count after this turn, he should abandon his rear anchor, rather than the forward anchor. The best play that does that duplicates 2.

At least, that's what I'm hoping. Over the board, it is likely that I would just slot the 4pt.
