Yes, it is not 100% and is a little lower %age than I was thinking. In the last two years there were two times the decision in a consult differed from Neil's recommendation (11 out of 13). A large ratio here is probably due to Neil being really good at choosing the correct play, being really good at explaining why, team members being convinced by that sound reasoning and then switching to that play, and possibly a little bit of knowing he is a super giant. It should be a high percentage. I am sorry that this upset you so much.
