This is nothing to do with my personal vote. I have attempted to use an objective approach to put some scale of difference between various possible partisan voting. This is an attempt to address or partially inform the 5th question raised by Bob. The inclusion of a PR value for the world is to provide a datum level to compare different nations. Whichever players are used from amongst the top crop, the general pattern will remain similar. USA and Japan will be very close to the top level of play, with Denmark a little further apart, whereas the Croatian Giants, as a group, are about 2.5-3.0 PR different, which in Elo rating terms is equivalent to about a 90-100 difference.
