Yes it is unfortunate when parts of a match video is missing but there isn't so much you can do about it unless the players themselves are able to reconstruct the missing part.

I didn't see any comments but I saw a gap in the match in the last game. In the XG file the comment is present but when importing the match:

Comments found: 1 Deleted comment: on 0 - There was a gap in the video just prior to the 55 minute mark

it thinks this comment is deleted as it never found any mention of this comment in any move or cube record. Not sure why. I'll see if I can figure it out.
