Maybe it's time for a change?

Maybe I should clarify what I mean. Let's say that we are interested in player A. Then for each match i, with opponent I, we'd calculate:
PR (A,i) - PR(opponent I in match i) + PR (opponent I on average)
Take the weighted average over all A's matches based on number of decisions; then move to the next player, repeat.
The idea behind this is that it compensates a player who gives up PR in order to complicate a match to the extent that this player has indeed been able to get worse decisions from his opponent than usual for the opponent. And same for passes of cubes that are technically takes against weaker players.
If you have a spreadsheet with PRs and number of decisions per match that you could forward (please use casper@cdmasia.org) then I could give it a try.
