"The idea behind this is that it compensates a player who gives up PR in order to complicate a match to the extent that this player has indeed been able to get worse decisions from his opponent than usual for the opponent. And same for passes of cubes that are technically takes against weaker players."

I don't see how that works for the cubes. Suppose you pass a cube which is a theoretical take because the opponent is much worse than you. How does that make your opponent's PR worse than his average PR?
