IMO the most important drawback of all result based systems (i.e. your ranking as well as ELO) is the huge influence of luck (if we care of course - we might just want to list who did the best, regardless of whether it was because of luck or skill).
I can see that you have implicitly listed it as a "con" since it is only a "pro" in the PR row, but maybe it should be stated explicitly.
