Is there a future for the Giants List?

In Response To: Is there a future for the Giants List? (Maya Peycheva)

I have not heard for any mind game or any sport where results of competitions are not taken into account for ranking best players. If we ever adopt XG PR as ultimate truth, then there's something wrong with backgammon as a game.
