I thought you were defending this statement of Ken's: "elo doesn't decay with the passage of time."

This statements doesn't say that Elo rating do not "significantly" delay, but says that their is NO delay.

Are you now looking to modify the questionnaire criteria, to show your grand prix type master points system in its best light?
