Something similar happened to me some time ago, so I knew what and where to look for.

The maximum cube level is shown in XGID string, and it's in the number after the last colon. That number is the power of 2 corresponding to the maximum cube level. In your position it shows as 1, meaning max cube level is 2^1=2. Normally, it should say 10, corresponding to 2^{10}=1024. You might have accidentally clipped off the last zero when copying the position XGID.

I had no idea about this cube level business as well until someone here pointed it out to me. Now you know it too. Cheers.
