In Response To: A common fallacy about luck and skill (Timothy Chow)

A and B each get a random number and the larger number wins.

Due to A's better skill, A's number is uniform in [.99, 1.99] and B's number is uniform in [0,1]

A is the more skillful player and loses only 1 of every 20,000 games.

How often is it the luckier player that wins?
