Yes, I knew you could just push on the link and get a popup (TWSS) but on smaller mobile devices like my Samsung Galaxy S5 (I'll pause now for ridicule), whether held vertically or horizontally, the popup URL is truncated so that, e.g. in this particular case the PR for Bob Wachtel is not shown, and the spaces are escaped to '%20'.

Now even for the geeks among us who know that '20' is the ASCII code for a space, considering that the complete URL isn't displayed on the popup in smaller devices, this isn't the most user-friendly methodology for displaying the desired information, and isn't friendliness to the end user the motivating spirit behind your original request to include the PRs in the "message body"?

This is why I ruled in Bob's favor, as much as I would have preferred not to. :-)

But I'll abide by whatever the committee decides.
