I doubt there is a huge difference between any of the plays. I don't see the attraction of 13/7 9/6 over 13/7 13/10, since I'd rather have 3 builders for the 4-point than 2 and neither play wastes pips if gammon-save matters (surely a minor consideration anyway).

13/4 might be better than either, but with only one builder to cover I slightly prefer the diversity of 13/7 13/10.
