I assert that if the Larsen-Silliman rating system could be rolled out worldwide, you'd have the best results-based rating system. Right now it's U.S. only.

If it were economical to capture the PRs of every open player in every match at every worldwide live major tournament, that would be best, but I don't regard that viable. It's too labor intensive.
