Name one person you'd take entering a tournament over XG.

While I'm semi-hijacking threads I've seen too many posts lately that note 'some people know how to win' and Ray has been named a couple of times. I've addressed this before but it's simply not true. Ray has perhaps the largest number of matches to pull from 2009 to present and on the USBGF ratings site he is 494-395 which means he wins ~56% of his matches. Ray plays well, my guess on average is between 4-4.5. How often do you think he should be winning compared to how often he does win?
