dice distribution issue?

In Response To: Late ace - RO dice distr (Karol Szczerek)

I love XGs Dice distribution. But why isn't the average shown in dice distribution (0.408, 0.388) the same as the equity shown in the rollout (0.425, 0.379). Is it counting doubles the same as non-doubles - ie averaging the 21 distinct rolls. Also in the graphs would be nice if non-doubles bars were twice as wide as doubles'.
