QF argues against it but I'm pretty sure I'd just make the 7-point on head. The barpoint is good to have, even in this position. A couple side comments:

1) I don't worry about stripping the midpoint here. Especially when you hold and advanced anchor the midpoint has less value. And the midpoint is a hitting point, not (usually) a blocking point. Blue needs to block and/or attack inside. Two on the midpoint looks like enough outer board coverage.

2) I'd certainly like to put some of those spares on the 5-point to immediate use, but after hitting (mandatory?) the slots look to help out opp a lot -- with so many return shots. It's not so much that I don't like getting sent back (well, I don't, but here it might help things out if that checker enters low) as I don't want to make it easier for him to escape, and 15+ return shots seems to do that.
