In general, clock speed and the number of threads a processor supports in hardware are more important than RAM size in determining how fast XG can complete a rollout. This assumes, of course, that you have a met a minimum threshold for RAM (which you clearly have).

The speed of your RAM must also be an important factor, but I am not sure how cache type, speed, and size factor in to this.

Neil has a lot of experience in this area.
