United States helped Bosnians stop the war in 1995 under President Clinton. After many years of suffering, Bosnia enjoys peace with backgammon tournaments played by all three religions (Christian Orthodox, Christian Catholic and Muslims). It can be an example of building relationships between different cultures.

Bosnian players who voted, as well as Croatian played in international or national backgammon tournaments as stated under Giant eligibility rules.
