Hypocrisy in the backgammon community

Even I don't agree with how people voted, people voted, commtitee accepted votes and we have results.

Countries at question are really the same as some US states that organize ABT tournaments (i see in some ABT 10 players played "Open division", ofcourse those players would have a chance to vote). Same is for any country or corner of the world.

If backgammon ever grows on all continents, then we will have much more voters. But as I said, lets see awards as being just awards, they're not official ranking system of the world. just yet another award.

For technical skills, easy to compare players around the world you have PR method measured by BMAB. there, you can see real skills of players
