BMAB Tournaments - Grandmaster Class Prizes

BMAB TOURNAMENTS: GRANDMASTER CLASS PRIZES

Starting from April 2016, BMAB tournaments will include Grandmaster Class prizes, where the highest place master level and advanced/ intermediate level performers will receive an individual online lesson from BMAB International Grandmasters. This applies to tournaments where each player achieves at least 65 EP (experience points). For tournaments with a lower level of EP, such as one day tournaments, there will be just one prize for the best performer who is not a Grandmaster.

For the purpose of determining prize winners, the grade level before rather than after the tournament is deemed applicable, with any new ungraded players assumed notionally to be at the advanced/intermediate level.

Note that despite the start date, this is most definitely not an April Fool joke!
