2 quickies

1. I have windows xp

was removing flash drive w safely remove hardware icon and,

my hidden icon button disappeared.

How do I get it back ?

2. bumped into computer-bent flash drive- it still works,but can't close it-so metal piece is out and not protected.

Can that be fixed ? what do you recommend ?
