Since I missed answering in the original posting, this is my first time looking at this problem.
Sorry the Captain's Decision was not done sooner.
I'm really busy this week. I am leaving for an 8 day California BEERCATION in a few days.
Maybe you all should try to agree on the best move in the future. ;-P

Of course I would love to hit twice, but hitting loose on the 2 is just not my cup of tea at this score.

That being said, I have to find the better choice. Making the 9 is a given, but now I have one more 4 to play and I really have no idea where it is supposed to go.

I am going to go with bar/21*, 13/9(3). I like how this looks best and we have more ammunition to attack with and/or contain with.
