If not hit, maybe we make a good point. If hit, we may make another anchor and the Dillies will not build a point, and we can continue to try to mix it up. It is DMP for all practical purposes, we are far behind in the race, so let's sprinkle some blots around and see what happens.

If instead we play 22/18, then what do we want to achieve? If we manage to build the 18, we are far down in the race without a front position, if not, then we have a 23 anchor against a block. And 8/4 and 6/2 do no achieve a thing and weaken our position.
