Nordic Open bookmaker's ranking--others under-ranked

Raj and Nevzat jumped out at me as well, but there are a few others I would also think should be ranked higher than they are:

Time Line, Eric McAlpine, Michel Lamote, Alain Babillon, Matt Reklaitis, Jason Pack.

I know Falafel is at Nordic and one must put his name somewhere near the top as well.

There are also a couple of players I would devalue, but as you know, I am a very tactful person so I would not make anyone feel bad by saying he is ranked too high, especially someone from my home town of Chicago.
