b/22 21/15

If the blot on the 15-point won't get hit, we will have a rather good connectivity of checkers on both sides of the board. Therefore, I prefer b/22 21/15 to b/16, since the blot on the 16-point wouldn't be that connected to his guys on the 9-point.
